The website www.koinearth.com (“Website”) is owned, operated and maintained by KoineArth Pte. Ltd. (“Company”). For the purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), the person who visits the Website will be referred to as “User”.
This Privacy Policy specifies the manner in which User’s Personal Information is collected, processed, dealt with or otherwise handled by the Company. If the User does not agree to any of the terms in this Privacy Policy, the User may not access or use the Website.

• While using the Website, the User may be asked to provide their name and email address at the time of:

       a. filling out the Contact Us form on the Website

       b. filling out their details for accessing or downloading the information (including the whitepaper) on the Website.

• The Company does not collect or use any other Personal Information of the User.

• The Company uses analytics service provider Google Analytics which gives the Company access to view unique visitors (non Personal Information) to the Website in the week.

• The User’s Personal Information shared with the Company will be protected and preserved by making reasonable efforts at all point of time. The Company will retain User’s Personal Information as long as is necessary for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy. After discontinuation of the respective purpose, the corresponding information will be removed in accordance with the applicable laws.

It is User’s responsibility to periodically review the Privacy Policy to determine whether there have been any revisions or updates. • This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
